Almost 4 years ago, on 2020-05-21, I introduced my custom Lighthouse service, a website scanner that checks SEO score, performance metrics and best practice implementations.
I have been happy to offer it for free usage, and now decided to retire it. The tech stack, a multi-container app inside a managed K8S cluster, has become too old and is not maintained anymore. And there are several alternatives, such as installing lighthouse as a browser plugin.
The Lighthouse scanning service is discontinued from today.
